地方应用型本科高校“1+X”证书制度实施效果评价研究——基于学生感知的视角 被引量:1

Research on the Evaluation of the Implementation Effect of the “1+X” Certificate System in Local Applied Undergraduate Universities——Based on the Perspective of Student Perception

摘要 “1+X”证书制度是学历证书与职业技能等级证书的有机衔接,是强化学历教育和职业技能培训的有机结合。以运城学院经管类专业为例,从学生感知的视角展开调查研究,分别从育人资源、师资队伍、课证融通、产教融合、证书效用等五个方面分析评价结果。建议从加强实训资源建设、深化课程体系改革、强化“双师型”队伍建设、全面开展产教深度融合及提升证书认可度等方面综合施策,提升“1+X”证书制度实施成效。 The"1+X"certificate system represents an organic integration of academic credentials and vocational skill level certificates,strengthening the combination of formal education and vocational skill training.Taking the economics and management majors at Yuncheng University as a case,this study conducts an investigation from the perspective of student perception.The evaluation results are analyzed in five aspects:educational resources,faculty development,curriculum-certificate integration,industry-education collaboration,and certificate utility.Recommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of the"1+X"certificate system,including strengthening the construction of practical training resources,deepening the reform of the curriculum system,reinforcing the development of a"dual-qualified"teaching team,comprehensively promoting deep industry-education integration,and improving certificate recognition.
