摘要
构建“岗课赛证”融通模式,能破解产教融合“最后一公里”难题,重塑能力本位课程生态,构建多元化评价体系,但存在课程供给结构性矛盾、实践教学条件有限、师资队伍能力不足等问题。构建“岗课赛证”融通的眼视光技术专业人才培养模式,应从岗位能力标准开发、课程体系重新构建、竞赛资源转化、认证体系衔接以及数字化教学创新等关键环节出发,使教学内容与行业需求同步,让学生的专业素养契合行业需求,提高人才培养质量。
Building a"job course competition certificate"integration model can solve the"last mile"problem of industry education integration,reshape the ability based curriculum ecology,and construct a diversified evaluation system.However,there are structural contradictions in curriculum supply,limited practical teaching conditions,and insufficient teaching staff capabilities.The construction of a talent cultivation model for the field of optometry technology that integrates"job,course,competition,and certification"should start from key aspects such as the development of job competency standards,the reconstruction of curriculum systems,the transformation of competition resources,the connection of certification systems,and digital teaching innovation.This will synchronize teaching content with industry needs,align students'professional qualities with industry demands,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
