摘要
为明确陕西省延安市南泥湾林区大型真菌资源组成,研究团队系统开展该区域大型真菌种质资源本底调查与标本采集工作。基于形态学特征观察、生态习性分析及分子系统发育研究相结合的方法,首次在陕西省发现银耳属中国特有种——血耳(Tremella sanguinea Peng)。经系统检索并考证国内外相关文献,确认该物种为陕西省大型真菌新记录种。本次发现不仅拓展了血耳在我国的生物地理分布范围,同时也为陕西省真菌多样性研究以及资源保护与利用提供了重要的物种信息。
To clarify the composition of macrofungal resources in the Nanniwan Forest Area of Yan’an City,Shaanxi Province,the research team systematically carried out background investigations and specimen collection of macrofungal germplasm resources in this area.Based on the method combining morphological feature observation,ecological habit analysis and molecular phylogenetic study,Tremella sanguinea Peng,an endemic species of Tremella in China,was discovered for the first time in Shaanxi Province.After systematic retrieval and verification of relevant domestic and foreign literature,it was confirmed that this species is a new record of macrofungi in Shaanxi Province.This discovery not only expanded the biogeographic distribution range of Tremella sanguinea in China,but also provided important species information for the research on fungal diversity,and the protection,as well as the utilization of resources in Shaanxi Province.
