摘要
本文综述分析人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在医疗人力资源管理中的应用场景与伦理挑战。AI已应用于智能招聘、个性化培训、智能绩效评估及智能排班,可提升管理效能,但面临数据隐私泄露、算法偏见、责任难界定及黑箱效应等伦理问题,需通过技术加密、算法审计、建立问责机制等应对。国内外均积极探索AI应用,未来将向技术融合、跨界合作及伦理规范完善方向发展,需多方协作推动AI在医疗人力资源管理中健康应用。
This paper reviews and analyzes the application scenarios and ethical challenges of artificial intelligence(AI)in medical human resource management.AI has been applied in intelligent recruitment,personalized training,intelligent performance evaluation,and intelligent scheduling,which improves management efficiency.However,it faces ethical issues such as data privacy leakage,algorithmic bias,difficulty in defining responsibility,and black-box effect,which need to be addressed through technical encryption,algorithm auditing,and establishment of accountability mechanisms.Both domestic and international institutions are actively exploring AI applications.In the future,the development will move towards technology integration,cross-border cooperation,and improvement of ethical norms.Multi-party collaboration is required to promote the healthy application of AI in medical human resource management.
