摘要
目的:探讨经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床效果。方法:将2017年7月—2023年2月中国人民解放军第九二五医院收治的80例甲状腺结节患者根据治疗方法不同划分为观察组(n=40,实施经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗)和对照组(n=40,实施传统开放式手术)。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.025)。治疗后,两组促甲状腺激素、游离甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组面部表情、肢体活动、治疗适应性评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,减少并发症,改善甲状腺功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transareolar approach for endoscopic thyroidectomy in treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 80 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to the 925th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from July 2017 to February 2023 were divided into an observation group(n=40,treated with transareolar approach for endoscopic thyroidectomy)and a control group(n=40,treated with traditional open surgery)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.025).After treatment,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone,free thyroxine and free triiodothyronine in the two groups increased,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of facial expression,physical activity and treatment adaptability in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Transareolar approach for endoscopic thyroidectomy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of thyroid nodules,and can relieve the pain of patients,reduce complications,and improve thyroid function.
