摘要
基础教育高质量发展是教育强国建设的重要基础。夯实基础、尊重天赋、宽容差异、全面育人,是新时代基础教育高质量发展的基本要求。夯实基础的重点是奠定好学生的知识基础;尊重天赋的关键是尊重个体的多元化发展;宽容差异的核心是树立科学的成才观;全面育人的重点是确保学生健全人格的培养。基础教育要目光长远,要具备学生终身发展的视野,着眼于国家民族的未来发展,扭转教育功利化倾向,打造健康的教育生态环境。基础教育生态环境建设的重点要求有:教育政治方向正确;教育目标锚定学生幸福人生;教育过程方法健康;教育竞争公平公正。基础教育要服务于学生的健康发展,秉持全面、和谐并尊重天赋发展的教育理念,建设高质量教育体系,履行为党育人、为国育才的根本使命。
The high-quality development of basic education is a crucial foundation for building a leading country in education.Strengthening the foundation,respecting talents,tolerating differences,and comprehensively educating people should be the basic requirements for high-quality development.The key to consolidating the foundation is to construct a solid knowledge base for students;The key to respecting talent is to respect the diverse development of individuals;The core of tolerating differences is to establish a scientific concept of talent development;The key to comprehensive education is to ensure the cultivation of students'sound personality.Basic education should have a long-term vision,possess a lifelong development perspective for students,focus on the future development of the country and the nation,reverse the utilitarian tendency of education,and create a healthy educational ecological environment.The key requirements for the ecological environment of basic education primarily include:correct political direction in education;educational goals anchored in students'happy lives;healthy educational processes and methods;and fair and just educational competition.Basic education should serve the healthy development of students,uphold the educational philosophy of comprehensiveness,harmony,and respect for individual talents,build a high-quality education system,and fulfill the fundamental mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the nation.
