低碳建筑碳排放关键因子识别与优化研究 被引量:1

Identification and optimization of key factors for low-carbon building carbon emissions

摘要 随着城市建设快速发展,建筑能耗量急剧增长,已成为碳排放的主要来源。文章通过选取4栋典型建筑作为研究对象,对比分析普通建筑与低碳建筑在运行过程中的能耗差异。基于实测数据,从建筑设备系统、维护构件性能、运维管理模式等方面识别碳排放关键因子。研究表明,空调系统能耗、外围护结构热工性能、智能化运维水平是影响建筑碳排放的主要因素。通过设备系统优化、维护体系改进、运维模式创新等措施,建筑碳排放量降低28.5%,年节约运行费用85.6万元,投资回收期4.2年,实现建筑低碳高效运行。 With the rapid development of urban construction,the energy consumption of buildings has increased sharply,becoming the main source of carbon emissions.selecting four typical buildings as research objects,this paper compares and analyzes the energy consumption differences between ordinary buildings and low-carbon buildings during their operation.Based on measured,key factors affecting carbon emissions are identified from aspects such as building equipment systems,maintenance component performance,and operation and maintenance management modes.The research shows that the consumption of air conditioning systems,the thermal performance of the building envelope,and the level of intelligent operation and maintenance are the main factors affecting building carbon emissions.Through measures such as optimization of equipment systems,improvement of maintenance systems,and innovation in operation and maintenance modes,the building’s carbon emissions were reduced by 28.5%,saving 856000 yuan in annual operating costs,with an investment payback period of 4.2 years,achieving low carbon and efficient operation of the building.
