摘要
文章聚焦数字孪生(Digital Twin,DT)技术前沿,探索其在交通机电系统规划、设计、建造、运维直至报废退出全过程中的智能化管理模式革新。深入解析了数字孪生支撑交通机电系统智能化管理的理论内涵与技术逻辑,构建了涵盖物理实体感知、孪生模型构建、实时数据驱动、智能分析与决策优化的完整架构。研究结果表明,基于数字孪生的智能化管理模式能够有效打破传统分段管理的壁垒,实现交通机电系统全生命周期的数据贯通、状态透明、决策智能与管理闭环,显著提升系统运行效率、可靠性与管理韧性,为现代交通基础设施的数字化转型与智能化升级提供技术支持。
This research focuses on the cutting-edge of digital twin(DT)technology,exploring its innovative intelligent management model throughout the entire lifecycle of transportation electromechanical systems-from planning and design to construction,operation,maintenance,and eventual decommissioning.The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical foundations and technical logic behind DT-supported intelligent management,establishing an integrated framework that encompasses physical entity perception,twin model construction,real-time data-driven operations,and intelligent decision-making optimization.The research results show that the intelligent management model based on digital twins can effectively break the barriers of traditional segmented management,realize data integration,transparent status,intelligent decision-making and management closed loop in the entire life cycle of the transportation electromechanical system,significantly improve the system operation efficiency,reliability and management resilience,and provide technical support for the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of modern transportation infrastructure.
