摘要
比较HyperArc技术和RapidArc技术在格雷夫斯眼病(graves’ophthalmopathy,GO)患者放疗中的剂量学差异。使用HyperArc和RapidArc两种计划来制订眼眶放疗方案。分析不同计划下GO在周围组织(如眼球、视神经等)的剂量分布情况,并评估其对眼球的保护作用。结果显示,均匀性指数(homogeneity index,HI)和一致性指数(conformity index,CI)作为靶区剂量分布均匀性和一致性的量化指标,HyperArc和RapidArc产生的平均HI分别为0.07和0.18(P<0.05),表明HyperArc的靶区剂量分布更加均匀。在两侧眼球保护上,不同计划眼球平均剂量(dmean eye)的组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),证实HyperArc在对眼球的保护方面具有更大的优势。研究发现,相较于RapidArc计划,HyperArc计划在格雷夫斯眼病患者中的放疗效果更优,尤其是在保护周围组织方面。这不仅提高了患者的治疗效果,也降低了对周围组织造成损伤的风险。
This study aimed to compare the dosimetric differences between HyperArc and RapidArc techniques in radiotherapy for patients with Graves’ophthalmopathy(GO).Orbital radiotherapy plans were developed using both HyperArc and RapidArc techniques.The dose distribution in surrounding tissues(such as the eyeballs and optic nerves)under different plans was analyzed,and their protective effects on the eyeballs were evaluated.The results showed that:Regarding the homogeneity index(HI)and conformity index(CI),which quantify the uniformity and conformity of target dose distribution,the average HI values generated by HyperArc and RapidArc were 0.07 and 0.18,respectively(P<0.05),indicating that the target dose distribution of HyperArc was more uniform.In terms of protecting both eyeballs,there was a statistically significant difference in the mean eye dose(Dmean eye)between the two plans(P<0.05),confirming that HyperArc had greater advantages in eyeball protection.The study concluded that compared with the RapidArc plan,the HyperArc plan achieves better radiotherapy outcomes in patients with Graves’ophthalmopathy,especially in protecting surrounding tissues.This not only improves the therapeutic effect but also reduces the risk of damage to surrounding tissues.
