摘要
在新医科教育不断强化的背景下,本文围绕在医学生中开展医务社会工作实践教育,探索医务社会工作专业劳动教育在医学院校课程设计中的独特价值。结合社会工作教育和医学教育的跨学科课程设计思路,提出一套具有实际应用价值的医务社会工作特色课程框架,旨在加强医学生教育中的专业劳动教育的体系性与实践性。在课程实践环节中,通过精心设计的教学内容与方式,促进学生的参与和互动,同时融入实践教学,以增强课程的针对性和有效性。本文构建综合性课程评价体系,评估教学效果;研究成果不仅丰富医学生的医务社会工作的教学模型,也为新医科背景下医学院校劳动教育的发展提供有益的实践和评价经验。
Against the backdrop of the continuous strengthening of new medical education,this article focuses on con-ducting practical education in medical social work among medical students and explores the unique value of labor edu-cation in the medical social work major in the curriculum design of medical colleges and universities.Combining the interdisciplinary curriculum design concept of social work education and medical education,proposes a set of charac-teristic curriculum framework for medical social work with practical application value,aiming to enhance the systemat-icness and practicality of professional labor education in medical student education.In the practical part of the course,through carefully designed teaching content and methods,students'participation and interaction are promoted,while practical teaching is integrated to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the course.This article established a comprehensive curriculum evaluation system to assess the teaching effect.The research results not only enrich the teaching model of medical social work for medical students,but also provide beneficial practical and evaluation experi-ence for the development of labor education in medical colleges and universities under the background of new medi-cine.
