摘要
目的 探讨PDCA持续质量改进理念在神经内科护理管理中作用及对护理质量的影响。方法 选取淄川区医院23名神经内科护士为研究对象,2020年1月—2022年6月实施常规护理管理,设为对照组;2022年7月—2024年12月实施PDCA持续质量改进理念下护理管理模式,设为观察组。两组为同一批护士。比较两组护理质量、护理不良事件及护士对管理方案的满意度。结果 相较于对照组,观察组护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组未发生护理不良事件,对照组发生不良事件共5起,标本采集错误2起,沟通不良2起,用药错误1起。对照组不良事件的发生情况多于观察组。观察组护士对管理方案的满意度总分为(94.42±0.12)分,高于对照组的(82.07±0.68)分,差异有统计学意义(t=85.775,P<0.001)。结论 PDCA持续质量改进理念用于神经内科护理管理具有较好作用,可改善护理质量,预防不良事件,提高护士对管理方案的满意度。
Objective To explore the role of the PDCA continuous quality improvement concept in neurology nursing management and its impact on nursing quality.Methods Twenty-three nurses from the Department of Neurological of Zichuan District Hospital were selected as the research subjects.Routine nursing management was implemented from January 2020 to June 2022,and they were set as the control group.From July 2022 to December 2024,the nursing management model under the PDCA continuous quality improvement concept was implemented and was set as the ob-servation group.The two groups are the same batch of nurses.Compared the quality of nursing,adverse nursing events and nurses'satisfaction with the management plan between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of each dimension of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).No adverse nursing events occurred in the observation group,while a total of 5 adverse events occurred in the control group,including 2 cases of incorrect specimen collec-tion,2 cases of poor communication,and 1 case of incorrect medication.The incidence of adverse events in the con-trol group was higher than that in the observation group.The total satisfaction score of nurses in the observation group with the management plan was 94.42±0.12,which was higher than 82.07±0.68 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=85.775,P<0.001).Conclusion The PDCA concept of continuous quality improvement has a better effect in the nursing management of neurology.It can improve the quality of nursing,prevent adverse events,and increase nurses'satisfaction with the management plan.
