摘要
目的 探讨麻醉实习教学中应用情景模拟教学模式联合翻转课堂的效果。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年11月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院麻醉科的42名实习生,按照不同教学模式分为两组,其中2023年1—11月实施传统教学模式设为对照组(n=21),2023年12月—2024年11月实施情景模拟教学模式联合翻转课堂设为观察组(n=21),比较两组教学成绩、学习素养、教学满意度。结果 教学后,观察组理论成绩、技能成绩分别为(95.41±2.27)分、(96.61±1.87)分,较对照组的(87.36±5.66)分、(89.67±4.38)分更高,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.049,6.678;P均<0.05)。教学后,观察组学习素养较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为100.00%(21/21),较对照组的66.67%(14/21)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学模式联合翻转课堂应用于麻醉实习教学中,可提高实习生的教学成绩及学习素养,提升教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the scenario simulation teaching mode combined with the flipped classroom in anesthesia practice teaching.Methods Forty-two interns from Department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to different teaching modes.Among them,those who implemented the traditional teaching mode from January to November 2023 were set as the control group(n=21),and those who implemented the scenario simulation teaching mode combined with the flipped classroom from December 2023 to November 2024 were set as the observation group(n=21).Compared the teaching achievements,learning lit-eracy and teaching satisfaction of the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical scores and skill scores of the observation group were 95.41±2.27 and 96.61±1.87 respectively,which were higher than 87.36±5.66 and 89.67±4.38 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.049,6.678;both P<0.05).After teaching,the learning literacy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(21/21),which was higher than 66.67%(14/21)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The application of scenario simulation teaching mode combined with flipped classroom in anesthesia practice teaching can improve the teaching performance and learning quality of interns and enhance teaching satisfaction.
