摘要
针对医疗采样站位置设置不合理导致的资源浪费和居民不便等问题,提出了基于遗传算法的采样站优化布局策略,通过采样站选址最优化问题建模和遗传算法优化求解,获得最优的医疗采样站布局方案。首先,通过人口热力图分析处理,构建了人口分布模型;然后,设计了以居民便利性、政府投入成本、采样员工作强度为主要指标的目标函数,建立了采样站选址优化问题数学模型;最后,针对选址优化问题设计了基于遗传算法的求解方案,并以湖北省某城镇辖区的采样站选址为例开展了仿真研究。结果表明,基于遗传算法的医疗采样站优化选址策略能够实现不同目标的最优布局方案,并为政府决策者合理分配资源提供参考。
To address issues such as resource waste and inconvenience to residents caused by irrational placement of medical sampling stations,an optimization strategy for the layout of sampling stations based on genetic algorithms is proposed.This strategy involves modeling the optimal location problem of medical sampling stations and utilizing genetic algorithms to solve for the optimal layout plan.Firstly,a population distribution model is constructed through the analysis and processing of population heatmaps.Subsequently,an objective function is designed with primary indicators including residents’convenience,government investment costs,and the workload of sampling personnel,thereby establishing a mathematical model for the optimization problem of sampling station site selection.Finally,a solution based on genetic algorithm is designed to address the optimization problem of site selection,and a simulation study is conducted by taking the site selection of sampling station within a township jurisdiction in Hubei Province as an example.The results indicate that the optimization strategy for selecting the sites of medical sampling stations based on genetic algorithm can achieve optimal layout plans tailored to different objectives,which provides a reference for government decision-makers to allocate resources rationally.
