摘要
调查郑州市某护理院校865名中职护生的心理状况,深入剖析产生心理问题的原因,发现家庭关系、人际关系、学业压力和实习压力是导致中职护生出现心理问题的重要因素。针对不同的诱因探讨相应的疏导方法,提出家庭、学校、教师三位一体的疏导对策,旨在为改善中职护生心理健康状况、培养高素质护理人才提供理论依据。
To investigate the psychological status of 865 secondary vocational nursing students in a nursing college in Zhengzhou City,and to analyze the causes of psychological problems.It was found that family relationship,interpersonal relationship,academic pressure and practice pressure were important factors leading to psychological problems of secondary vocational nursing students.This paper discusses the corresponding counseling methods for different incentives,and puts forward the counseling countermeasures of the trinity of family,school and teachers,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mental health status of secondary vocational nursing students and cultivating high-quality nursing talents.
