利用药用植物绿色合成CuNPs纳米药物缓释载体及其抗菌活性研究

Green Synthesis of CuNPs Nano-drug Sustained-release Carriers Using Medicinal Plants and Their Antibacterial Activity

摘要 铜纳米颗粒(CuNPs)具有优异的抗氧化和抗菌性能,可作为药物靶向递送和缓释的有效载体。文章以脱水和鲜叶罗勒提取物为原料合成CuNPs,利用紫外扫描分析和抗菌实验评价CuNPs的抗菌性能,同时利用数学模型和Fick’s定律分析缓释实验结果,以评价药物的缓释程度。研究发现,负载黄芩苷的CuNPs在中性环境中表现出优秀的缓释作用,其CuNPs药物载体表现出较强的抗菌活性和释放性能,证实了植物“绿色合成”技术的可行性。 Copper nanoparticles(CuNPs)have excellent antioxidant and antibacterial properties,and can be used as an effective drug carrier for targeted delivery and sustained release.Therefore,in this study,CuNPs were synthesized from dehydrated and fresh leaf basil extracts,the antibacterial property of CuNPs were evaluated by UV scanning analysis and antibacterial experiments,and the results of sustained-release experiments were analyzed using the mathematical model and Fick’s law,in order to evaluate the sustained-release degree of drugs.The study found that CuNPs loaded with baicalin exhibited excellent sustained-release effects in a neutral environment,whose CuNPs drug carriers demonstrated strong antibacterial activity and release performance.This study confirmed the feasibility of plant“green synthesis”technology.
