摘要
绿色化工已成为未来工业发展的必然趋势,高分子材料作为新能源技术中的关键组件,其环保特性、资源利用水平和循环利用能力直接关乎新能源产业的生态影响。结合新能源产业发展对高分子材料的需求,探讨其绿色合成技术的创新发展(生物基原料规模化应用、无溶剂与催化高效合成、原子经济与过程强化)和在新能源汽车、储能系统、可再生能源转换等领域的应用突破方向,剖析绿色化工发展面临的技术瓶颈(成本、性能、降解等)、创新途径及产业生态搭建。指明高分子材料绿色合成与应用是推动新能源与绿色化工协同跃升的关键,需冲破技术上的阻碍,促进创新与产业生态格局建设,助力新能源产业的持续进步。
Green chemical engineering has become an inevitable trend in the future development of industry.As a key component in new energy technology,the environmental protection characteristics,resource utilization level and recycling capacity of polymer materials directly affect the ecological impact of the new energy industry.In light of the demand for polymer materials in the development of the new energy industry,this paper explores the innovative development of its green synthesis technology(large-scale application of bio-based raw materials,solvent-free and catalytic efficient synthesis,atomic economy and process intensification)and the application breakthrough directions in fields such as new energy vehicles,energy storage systems and renewable energy conversion,and analyzes the technical bottlenecks(cost,performance,degradation,etc.),innovation approaches and industrial ecosystem construction faced by the development of green chemical engineering.It is pointed out that the green synthesis and application of polymer materials are the key to promoting the coordinated leap of new energy and green chemical industry.It is necessary to break through technical obstacles,promote innovation and the construction of an industrial ecological pattern,and help the continuous progress of the new energy industry.
