基于EMD分解和奇异值差分谱的重型柴油车内燃机接地信号检测

Grounding Signal Detection of Heavy-duty Diesel Vehicle Internal Combustion Engine based on EMD Decomposition and Singular Value Difference Spectrum

摘要 传统接地信号检测方法操作复杂,难以准确识别复杂工况下的接地故障,因此,提出基于经验模态分解(EMD)和奇异值差分谱的重型半挂牵引车柴油内燃机接地信号检测方法。布置传感器以捕捉重型半挂牵引车柴油内燃机在不同运行工况下的接地信号。利用EMD方法,对柴油内燃机接地信号进行自适应分解,得到多个本征模态分量。针对得到的各个本征模态分量,构建矩阵结构并进行奇异值分解,进而计算奇异值差分谱以提取信号特征,设计接地信号故障诊断规则,用于检测接地信号是否存在故障。实验结果表明,应用该方法后,针对6个处于不同工况的接地信号故障点,该方法均能实现准确检测与定位,实现了零漏检与零误检。 Traditional grounding signal detection methods are complex to operate and difficult to accurately identify grounding faults under complex working conditions.Therefore,a heavy-duty semi-trailer diesel internal combustion engine grounding signal detection method based on Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)decomposition and singular value difference spectrum is proposed.Install sensors to capture the grounding signals of the diesel internal combustion engine of heavy-duty semi-trailer tractor under different operating conditions.Using EMD method,the grounding signal of diesel internal combustion engine is adaptively decomposed to obtain multiple intrinsic mode components.Based on the obtained intrinsic modal components,a matrix structure is constructed and singular value decomposition is performed to calculate the singular value difference spectrum to extract signal features.Grounding signal fault diagnosis rules are designed to detect whether there is a fault in the grounding signal.The experimental results show that after applying this method,it can accurately detect and locate 6 grounding signal fault points under different working conditions,achieving zero missed detection and zero false detection.
