摘要
提出了一种基于磁定位原理的转子初始位置定位方法,通过给电机施加电流矢量,根据电机转动方向与施加的电流矢量角之间的关系,不断改变电流矢量角实现缩小定位范围。定位过程中转子转动微小,能满足需要无运动冲击机械永磁同步电动机的初始定位要求。分析了定位原理并给出了实验结果。
A positioning method of initial rotor position based on the principle of magnetic orientation was presented. Through the motor perturbation inflict current vector, narrow the scope of location by changing the current vector make use of the relationship between the encoder and the current vector. During the Process of positioning, the rotors rotation small movement, can meet the needs of non-impact machine permanent magnet synchronous motor position of the initial request. Analyzed the principle of position and experimental results are given.
