摘要
针对智能网联汽车行业发展对人才的需求,文章分析了“学科链、专业链、产业链、创新链”融合背景下,智能网联汽车应用型研究生培养面临的认识不到位、课程体系重构不充分、实践与创新能力培养不足的问题。同时,探索了“四阶式”协同实践育人培养新模式,取得了较好的成效,为深化智能网联汽车应用型研究生培养改革提供了有益参考。
In response to the talent demand for the development of the intelligent connected vehicle industry,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the cultivation of application-oriented graduate under the background of"four-chain integration",such as inadequate understanding,insufficient curriculum system reconstruction,and insufficient cultivation of practical and innovative abilities.Then,this study explores a new model of"four-stage"collaborative practice education and cultivation,which has achieved good results and provided useful reference for deepening the reform of the application-oriented graduate cultivation for intelligent connected vehicle.
