摘要
校企协同培养应用型研究生是目前研究生教育的重点,国内外对此都进行许多探索。我国也明确培养创新型人才的重要性,并将此作为我国教育改革和发展的核心目标之一。该文深刻剖析目前校企联合培养模式存在的问题,结合这些问题,通过优化培养方案整合课程体系、健全双导师制以实现一体化培养、完善项目依托的实践教学、提升工程实践教学的能力以及改革研究生评价体系五个方面,得到新的三年制专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式并应用于车辆工程专业研究生,取得了一定的成果,认为该培养模式能够提高学生的科研能力和实践能力,锻炼其创新思维,同时,使其能更好地适应企业的需要,顺应了社会和国家的需求。
School-enterprise collaborative cultivation of applied graduate students is a focus of graduate education at present,and many explorations have been carried out on this at home and abroad.China has also made clear the importance of cultivating innovative talents,and taken this as one of the core objectives of China's educational reform and development.This paper deeply analyzes the problems of the current university-enterprise joint cultivation mode,combines these problems,and obtains the new three-year professional degree students by optimizing the cultivation programme and integrating the curriculum system,perfecting the dual tutor system to achieve integrated cultivation,perfecting the project-based practical teaching,improving the ability of engineering practical teaching,and reforming the evaluation system of graduate students in five aspects.The university-enterprise joint cultivation mode is applied to vehicle engineering postgraduates,and certain results have been achieved,and it is believed that this cultivation mode can improve students'scientific research ability and practical ability,exercise their innovative thinking,and at the same time,make them better adapt to the needs of enterprises and conform to the needs of the society and the country.
