人工智能时代职业本科教育发展困境及突破策略

Development Dilemmas and Breakthrough Strategies for Vocational Undergraduate Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 在人工智能时代背景下,职业本科教育作为培养应用型人才的关键途径,其重要性愈发突显,迫切需要通过改革与创新人才培养模式来应对这一新兴高等教育形态所面对的社会需求与技术挑战。鉴于此,通过人工智能与学生主体性协同发展、构建数字素养导向的多维课程体系、深化产教协同育人机制及多维度应对就业挑战,培养具备数字素养与创新能力的复合型人才,以应对智能化时代的挑战,推动职业本科教育高质量发展。 In the era of artificial intelligence,vocational undergraduate education,as a key pathway for cultivating applied talents,has become increasingly prominent.There is an urgent need to reform and innovate talent cultivation modes to address the social demands and technological challenges faced by this emerging form of higher education.In view of this,this study proposes strategies to train composite talents with digital literacy and innovation ability through the synergistic development of artificial intelligence and student subjectivity,the construction of multi-dimensional curriculum system oriented toward digital literacy,the deepening of industry-education collaborative education mechanism and multi-dimensional response to the employment challenges,so as to cope with the challenges of the intelligent era and promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.
