摘要
目的探讨认知行为干预联合中医外治法对脑卒中(CVA)患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取本院收治的84例CVA患者为研究对象。以信封法分为观察组与对照组,每组各42例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用认知行为干预联合中医外治法。对比两组睡眠状况、认知功能、自我效能。结果干预8周后,两组PSQI各维度评分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05);两组蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);两组自我管理及日常生活活动评分均升高,且观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论对CVA患者采取认知行为干预联合中医外治法,能有效改善患者睡眠质量,并提高认知功能的自我管理效能。
Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention combined with external therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on sleep quality in stroke(cerebrovascular accident,CVA)patients.Methods A total of 84 CVA patients admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the envelope method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received cognitive behavioral intervention combined with TCM external therapies.Sleep status,cognitive function,and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results 8 weeks after the intervention,scores on all dimensions of the PSQI decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing a lower decrease(P<0.05);scores on Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)increased in both groups,with higher scores in the observation group(P<0.05);scores on self-management and activities of daily living increased in both groups,with greater improvements in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention combined with TCM external therapies can effectively improve sleep quality,and enhance self-management efficacy of cognitive function in CVA patients.
