新质生产力赋能物流业高质量发展的内在逻辑、现实困境与纾解路径

Intrinsic Logic,Current Challenges,and Alleviation Pathways of New Quality Productive Forces Enabling High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry

摘要新质生产力作为推动物流业高质量发展的关键驱动力,为经济高质量发展提供了重要引擎。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,深入剖析了新质生产力赋能物流业高质量发展的内在逻辑、现实困境与纾解路径。研究认为,新质生产力通过推动科技创新、促进产业融合、创新要素配置和推进绿色发展赋能物流业高质量发展。但是新质生产力赋能物流业高质量发展过程中受到物流业综合竞争力不足、新型生产关系塑造困难、高质量物流人才短缺和结构性失衡等限制。为充分发挥新质生产力对物流业高质量发展的赋能作用,物流业需要推进降本增效、补齐要素短板、加强人才培养和吸引力度和加快平衡发展。 New quality productivity,as a key driving force for promoting high-quality development of the logistics industry,provides an important engine for high-quality economic development.This article adopts the methods of literature review and logical analysis to deeply analyze the internal logic,practical difficulties,and relief paths of the new quality productivity empowering the high-quality development of the logistics industry.Research suggests that new quality productivity empowers the high-quality development of the logistics industry by promoting technological innovation,facilitating industrial integration,innovating factor allocation,and advancing green development.However,in the process of empowering the high-quality development of the logistics industry with new quality productivity,it is limited by the insufficient comprehensive competitiveness,difficulties in shaping new production relations,shortage of high-quality logistics talents,and structural imbalances.To fully leverage the driving role of new quality productivity in the high-quality development of the logistics industry,the logistics industry needs to promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement,fill in the gaps in key elements,strengthen talent cultivation and attraction efforts,and accelerate balanced development.
