摘要
为深入认识特大型高炉炉缸维护技术,参考已有研究并结合参与特大型高炉炉缸操作维护实践,从强化炉缸区域监测、严控冷却设备漏水、加强原燃料管理、合理选择高炉操作制度、优化高炉炉前作业、强化炉缸冷却、配加钛球护炉、控制合理的治炼强度等方面讨论了炉缸维护技术。认为,完善的高炉炉缸区域监测给炉缸维护提供依据和指导;严控冷却设备漏水和通过炉基排水,可减轻炉缸炉壳内侧积水对炉缸寿命的影响;强化人炉前炉料管理、控制人炉有害元素、合理选择高炉操作制度,是高炉炉缸维护的关键;优化高炉炉前作业,做好铁口维护,有利于高炉炉缸侧壁温度稳定受控;合适的冷却能力并充分发挥作用对抑制炉缸内衬侵蚀有明显作用;入炉料配加含钛矿料是非常有效的炉缸维护手段。
In order to deeply understand the maintenance technology for super-large blast furnace hearth,a study is carried out from the aspects of enhancing the hearth area monitoring,strictly controlling the leakage of cooling equipment,escalating the management of raw material and fuel,selecting a reasonable BF operating system,optimizing the casthouse operation,intensifying the hearth coling,adding titanium pellets oriented to furnace protection,and implementing the reasonable smelting intensity on the basis of the relevant existing study,operation and maintenance practice of the super-large BF hearth.It is believed that the comprehensive monitoring of the hearth area provides a basis and guidance for hearth maintenance;strict control of the cooling equipment leakage,and draining water through the furnace base can prevent the hearth lifespan from being affected due to accumulated water in the hearth;and the key factors for furnace maintenance fall on enhancing the management of furnace stocks before charging,controlling harmful elements entering the furnace,and selecting a reasonable BF operating system;In addition,optimization of casthouse operation and well maintenance of the taphole are also important to stabilize the hearth wall temperature;appropriate cooling capacity and functioning can efficiently suppress hearth lining erosion;adding titanium-containing ore to the furnace is very effective to protect the hearth.
