基于情景模拟的分层递进教学法在麻醉科规培生临床教学中的应用及对临床思维能力的影响

摘要 目的探讨基于情景模拟的分层递进教学法在麻醉科规培生临床教学中的应用及对临床思维能力的影响。方法选取2022年8月至2024年8月我院的62名麻醉科规培生,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各31名。对照组采用常规教学法,观察组采用基于情景模拟的分层递进教学法。比较两组的教学效果。结果教学后,观察组的理论知识、技能操作、病例分析考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后,观察组的临床思维能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后,观察组的中文版自我导向学习能力评定量表(SRSSDL)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于情景模拟的分层递进教学法可提高麻醉科规培生的临床教学效果,增强临床思维能力与自我导向学习能力,提高教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application of hierarchical progressive teaching method based on scenario simulation in clinical teaching of standardized trainees in anesthesiology department and its influence on clinical thinking ability.Methods From August 2022 to August 2024,62 standardized trainees in the anesthesiology department of our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 31 trainees in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the hierarchical progressive teaching method based on scenario simulation.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the score of clinical thinking ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of each dimension of Chinese version of Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning(SRSSDL)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical progressive teaching method based on scenario simulation can improve the clinical teaching effect of standardized trainees in anesthesiology department,enhance clinical thinking ability and self-directed learning ability,and elevate teaching satisfaction.
