摘要
放射疗法是治疗鼻咽癌的主要手段,但同时会对唾液腺造成一定损伤,导致唾液量分泌减少。患者常表现为以口干为主的“口干综合征”,影响其工作与生活,且降低生存质量。陈闯教授是广西名中医,从事肿瘤防治研究30余年,采用“养阴活血”理论治疗鼻咽癌放疗后出现的口干症屡收良效。本文总结名中医陈闯对放射性口干症的诊疗经验,以期提高放疗后口干症的疗效。
Radiotherapy is the main method for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,but at the same time,it causes certain damage to the salivary gland,resulting in a decrease in saliva secretion.Patients often present with dry mouth-based"xerostomia syndrome",which mainly affects their work and life,and reduces their quality of life.Professor Chen Chuang is a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi.He has been engaged in the study of tumor prevention and treatment for more than 30 years.He has used the theory of"nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation"to treat xerostomia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and has achieved good results.This paper summarizes the experience of famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Chen Chuang in the diagnosis and treatment of radioactive xerostomia,in order to improve the curative effect of xerostomia after radiotherapy.
