摘要
目的分析养阴清热利湿法治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取100例老年功能性便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组用养阴清热利湿法治疗,对照组给予小麦纤维素颗粒口服治疗,共治疗4周为1个疗程。结果对照组临床疗效低于试验组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的便秘症状评分均显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在粪便性状、排便费力、排便时长3个方面改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴清热利湿法治疗老年功能性便秘疗效确切,安全有效。
Objective To explore the effect of nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminating dampness method in the treatment of elderly functional constipation.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminating dampness method,and the control group was treated with Testa Triticum Tricum Purif orally for 4 weeks.Results The clinical effect of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of constipation symptoms after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of fecal traits,defecation effort and defecation duration in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The nourishing Yin,clearing heat and eliminating dampness method for the elderly patients with functional constipation is effective,safe and reliable.
