摘要
腕管综合征是糖尿病的并发症之一,可导致正中神经支配区疼痛、麻痹及感觉异常,同时伴或不伴肌力减退,近年来逐渐受到重视。该并发症与糖尿病周围神经病变关系密切,两者可同时存在、相互影响。及时、准确的诊断和治疗,可有效缓解糖尿病伴腕管综合征患者的手部症状,恢复其手部功能,对于延缓病情进展具有重要意义。本文主要阐述糖尿病伴腕管综合征的发病机制、诊断及治疗,旨在加深临床工作者对糖尿病伴腕管综合征的认识。
Carpal tunnel syndrome is one of the complications of diabetes mellitus,leading pain,numbness,and paresthesia in the area innervated by the median nerve,accompanied or not by muscle weakness.In recent years,it has gained increasing attention.This complication is closely related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the two can coexist and influence each other.Timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment can effectively alleviate hand symptoms and restore hand function in patients with diabetes mellitus and concomitant carpal tunnel syndrome,which is of great significance for delaying disease progression.This paper primarily elucidates the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of diabetes mellitus and concomitant carpal tunnel syndrome,aiming to deepen the understanding on diabetes mellitus and concomitant carpal tunnel syndrome in clinical practice.
