摘要
目的:探讨滋膵蠲痹方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及对患者血清铁蛋白(SF)与氧化应激指标的影响。方法:将98例DPN患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用滋膵蠲痹方进行治疗。两组共治疗12周,检测治疗前后腓总神经和正中神经的神经传导速度,包括感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)。检测SF、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平,并比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组腓总神经和正中神经的SNVC及MNVC均快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SF和MDA低于对照组,而SOD和GSH高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(91.84%vs 73.47%,P<0.05)。结论:滋膵蠲痹方治疗DPN效果较好,可有效改善神经传导功能,修复机体氧化应激损伤。
Objective:To explore the effect of Zicui Juanbi decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and its influence on serum ferritin(SF)and oxidative stress index.Methods:From June 2016 to December 2018,98 patients with DPN were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Zicui Juanbi decoction on the basis of the control group.The nerve conduction velocities of common peroneal nerve and median nerve,including sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),were measured before and after treatment.The levels of SF,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and reduced glutathione(GSH)were measured.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,SNVC and MNVC of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the observation group were faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SF and MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while SOD and GSH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.84%vs 73.47%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Zicui Juanbi decoction has a better effect on DPN,which can effectively improve nerve conduction function and oxidative stress injury.
