摘要
目的了解丰台区食源性疾病监测中副溶血性弧菌流行状况、可疑食品、血清型、毒力基因、耐药及分子分型情况。方法对2016—2024年丰台区3家哨点医院粪便标本中检出的180株副溶血性弧菌进行流行病学分析及病原学相关检测。结果副溶血性弧菌感染率由11.67%降至4.66%,男女间有显著差异,血清型由O3:K6型转变为O10:K4型,tdh+trh-毒力基因型占96.11%,食用海产品与副溶血性弧菌感染高度相关;副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林(ampicillin,AMP)耐药率最高为45.00%,其他抗生素耐药率均低于5.00%,多重耐药率较低,脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsed-field gel electrophoresis,PFGE)分型得到63种带型,其中19种带型相似度为100.00%。结论丰台区副溶血性弧菌检出率有下降趋势,血清型转变且趋于单一化,毒力基因型变化较小,引起副溶血性弧菌感染的食品为海产品;副溶血性弧菌耐药情况不严重,多重耐药较轻;分子分型聚类相对离散,但聚集疫情发生的风险仍然较高。
Objective To investigate the prevalence,suspect food,serotype,drug resistance,virulence genes and molecular typing of Vibrio parahemolyticus in foodborne disease surveillance in Fengtai District.Methods Epidemiological analysis and etiological tests were conducted on 180 strains of Virio paraholyticus detected in stool samples from 3 sentinel hospitals in Fengtai District from 2016 to 2024 were performed.Results The infection rates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus decreased from 11.67% to 4.66%,with significant differences between men and women.The serotype changed from O3:K6 type to O10:K4 type,and the tdh+trhvirulence genotype accounted for 96.11%.Consumption of seafood was highly correlated with Vibrio parahemolyticus infection.The highest resistance rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus to ampicillin(AMP)was 45.00%,the resistance rate of other antibiotics was lower than 5.00%,the multiple resistance rate was low.The 63 kinds of bands were obtained by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)classification,among which the similarity of 19 kinds of bands was 100.00%.Conclusion In Fengtai District,the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus decreases,the serotype changes and tends to be simple,virulence genotypes changes little and the food causing Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection is seafood.The drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is not serious,and the multiple drug resistance is light.Molecular typing clusters are relatively discrete,but the risk of cluster outbreaks is still high.
