摘要
目的探究由缓冲材料一条已知缓冲曲线构建其任一跌落高度和衬垫厚度组合下缓冲曲线的方法,以简化缓冲曲线的构建。方法概述产品脆值-静应力缓冲曲线的测定原理,指出其弊端和简化构筑的必要性。将缓冲材料冲击的最大单位体积能量吸收和最大应力视为变量,分析两者与其影响因素之间的函数关系。结果对于一种缓冲材料,两者存在确定的函数关系,由此形成了由缓冲材料已知缓冲曲线构建其任一缓冲曲线的理论依据。提出了相应的构建方法,给出了详细的实施步骤。结论针对某泡沫缓冲材料,将用该构建方法预测的缓冲曲线与相应试验测得的试验结果进行对比,两者吻合,证明了该构建方法的可靠性。
The work aims to explore a method of constructing the cushion curve under any combination of drop height and cushioning pad thickness from a single known instance for the cushioning material,so as to simplify the generation of cushion curves.The principle for determining the product's fragility value-static stress cushion curves was outlined,and the drawbacks of this testing method as well as the necessity of simplifying the construction of cushion curves were pointed out.The maximum energy absorption per unit volume and maximum stress of cushioning material during the impact process were viewed as variables,and the functional relationships between both variables and their affecting factors were analyzed.There was a definite functional relationship between both variables,for a specific cushioning material.This functional relationship formed the theoretical basis for constructing any cushion curve of a cushioning material from a single known instance.From this theoretical basis,the corresponding method was proposed and the implementation steps were introduced in detail.For a certain foam cushioning material,the cushion curves constructed by this method are compared with the corresponding results measured through tests.The good agreement between them proves the reliability of the proposed construction method.
