“一带一路”背景下高职院校国际合作办学跨文化冲突解决策略研究

Research on Cross-Cultural Conflict Resolution Strategies for International Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Belt and Road

摘要 该研究聚焦“一带一路”背景下高职院校国际合作办学中的跨文化冲突问题,基于文献分析、案例研究和实地调查等混合研究方法,系统探讨了跨文化冲突的表现形态、生成机理及影响路径。研究发现,文化认知差异(Hofstede文化维度理论)、语言符号误读、教育理念分歧和制度习惯冲突,构成了跨文化冲突的主要诱因。针对多维冲突特征,创新性提出“认知—制度—技术”三维治理框架,包含跨文化能力建设体系、协同管理机制和智能辅助系统。该研究旨在突破现有局限,为新时代职业教育国际化发展提供了理论参照和实践范式,助力“一带一路”教育共同体建设。 Focusing on the cross-cultural conflict in the international cooperation of higher vocational colleges in running schools under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,this study systematically discusses the manifestations,generation mechanism and impact path of cross-cultural conflict based on the mixed research methods of literature analysis,case studies and field surveys.Research has found that cultural cognitive differences(Hofstede's cultural dimension theory),misreading of language symbols,differences in educational concepts,and conflicts in institutional habits are the main causes of cross-cultural conflicts.In response to the multidimensional conflict characteristics,an innovative three-dimensional governance framework of"cognition-system-technology"is proposed,which includes a cross-cultural capacity building system,collaborative management mechanism,and intelligent assistance system.The research aims to break through the existing limitations,provide a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for the internationalization of vocational education in the new era,and help build the Belt and Road education community.
