摘要
庐陵医学是江西古代四大医学群体之一,是庐陵文化核心组成部分,亦是中国中医药文化的重要部分。庐陵医学文化受江右庐陵所处地理位置、地域环境的影响,其医学文化的格局具有鲜明的地域特色。庐陵医学文化逐步形成了具有浓郁地方特色、欣欣向荣的庐陵医学文化及产业格局,形成了其以“儒医兼修、精医尚仁、知行著述、守正创新”为核心,地域上以赣江中游为中心,多区县依托本土资源差异化发展的中医药发展格局,名医与医著丰硕。该文深入挖掘庐陵医学的历史脉络与当代价值,对传承中医药精髓、推动地域医药文化创新发展具有重要的现实意义。
Luling Medicine is one of the four major medical groups in ancient Jiangxi,a core component of Luling culture,and an important part of Chinese traditional medicine culture.The medical culture of Luling is influenced by the geographical location and environment of Jiangxi Luling,and its pattern of medical culture has obvious regional characteristics.The medical culture of Luling has gradually formed a thriving and distinctive local medical culture and industrial pattern,with a core focus on"combining Confucian medicine with refined medicine,valuing benevolence,practicing knowledge and writing,and adhering to tradition and innovation".Geographically,it is centered on the middle reaches of the Gan River,with multiple districts and counties relying on local resources for differentiated development of traditional Chinese medicine.Famous doctors and medical works are abundant.This article delves into the historical context and contemporary value of Luling Medicine,which has important practical significance for inheriting the essence of traditional Chinese medicine and promoting innovative development of regional medical culture.
