摘要
为分析研究工艺参数对花键冷搓成形的影响,以VLC800FEA型立式伺服搓齿机为研究对象,计算出花键材料的性能参数随温度变化的曲线,通过DEFORM软件多场耦合模拟花键冷搓成形全过程,得到应力应变等参数在有、无温度场下的分布情况,对比分析了各参数的差异;进而在花键冷搓成形过程中,分析改变单一加工工艺参数进给速度或摩擦因数的热力耦合,得到不同工艺参数下各场量的变化规律,可为冷搓成形加工提供参考.
In order to analyze the influence of process parameters on the cold rolling forming of splines,the performance parameters of the spline material with temperature changes were calculated by taking the VLC800FEA-type vertical servo gear rolling machine as the research object.The whole process of spline cold rolling was simulated by multi-field coupling of DEFORM software,and the distribution of stress and strain parameters in the presence and absence of temperature field was obtained,and the differences of each parameter were compared.Then,based on the thermo-mechanical coupling analysis of changing the feed rate or friction factor of a single processing process parameter in the process of cold rolling forming of splines,the variation law of each field quantity under different process parameters is obtained,which can provide references for cold rolling forming processing.
