长三角城市新能源汽车产业发展水平空间分异及类型识别

Spatial differentiation and typology identification of new energy vehicle industry development levels in Yangtze River Delta cities

摘要 新能源汽车(NEV)产业的快速发展伴随着显著的区域不平衡问题,现有基于多元指标的研究对区域新能源汽车产业发展水平的空间分异关注不足,对城市类型的系统识别仍有待深化.本文以长三角地区41个城市为研究对象,从生产、市场、技术和设施4个维度,选取新能源汽车年产量、渗透率、专利授权量和充电站数量4个核心指标,运用模糊C均值聚类(FCM)方法,对区域产业发展水平进行综合评估与类型划分,进而揭示其空间分异特征.研究结果表明:FCM方法将城市划分为5类发展模式,即标杆型(上海)、研发型、生产型、均衡型和落后型.空间上呈现“一超多核、东强西弱”的集聚格局,东部以研发型和生产型城市为主,西部则以均衡型和落后型为主.本研究为长三角新能源汽车产业的空间组织提供了新的视角,并为推动区域协同发展提供了政策依据. The rapid development of the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry is accompanied by significant regional imbalances.Existing studies have insufficiently addressed the spatial differentiation of regional NEV industry development levels based on multiple indicators,and the systematic identification of city types remains underexplored.This study examines 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region,selecting four core indicators which are annual NEV production,penetration rate,number of patented authorizations,and charging pile density from four dimensions:production,market,technology,and infrastructure dimensions.We apply the fuzzy C-mean clustering(FCM)method to comprehensively assess regional development levels and classify city types,revealing their spatial differentiation patterns.The results reveal five distinct development models:benchmark(Shanghai),R&D-oriented,production-oriented,balanced,and lagging.Spatially,the region exhibits a“one dominant,multiple nuclei,east-strong,west-weak”agglomeration pattern,with eastern cities dominated by R&D-driven and production-driven types,while western cities are primarily balanced and lagging.This study offers a new perspective on the spatial organization of the NEV industry in the Yangtze River Delta and provides a policy basis for promoting coordinated regional development.
