摘要
目的观察针刀治疗晕动病的即时止晕效果及安全性。方法选取2023年12月至2025年9月期间广南县中医医院门诊就诊及招募的晕动病患者60例,分为观察组(针刀治疗)和对照组(针刺治疗)各30例。观察组采用针刀在患者颅脑枕区敏感点进行治疗;对照组采用健脾醒脑针法治疗。结果治疗后,观察组晕动病症状评分较对照组降低(P<0.01),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论针刀治疗晕动病具有显著的即时止晕效果,安全性良好,疗效优于传统针刺治疗。
Objective To observe the immediate anti-motion sickness efficacy and safety of needle-knife therapy for motion sickness.Method Sixty motion sickness patients attending the outpatient department of Guangnan County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between December 2023 and September 2025 were recruited and divided into an observation group(needle-knife therapy)and a control group(acupuncture therapy),each comprising 30 cases.The observation group received needle-knife treatment at sensitive points in the occipital region of the cranium;the control group received spleen-tonifying and brain-awakening acupuncture therapy.Result Post-treatment,the motion sickness symptom scores in the observation group decreased significantly compared to the control group(P<0.01),with a higher overall efficacy rate than the control group(P<0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Needle-knife therapy demonstrates significant immediate anti-vertigo effects for motion sickness,with good safety and superior efficacy compared to traditional acupuncture treatment.
