摘要
本研究立足于数智技术重塑教育生态的时代背景,以哈尔滨信息工程学院电商与财务管理专业为实践载体,探索民办院校双创教育成果转化的创新路径。研究通过构建基于精创模拟软件的数智化产教融合平台,建立“企业需求拆解—软件场景还原—学生方案输出—企业验证转化”的协同链条,形成“民办院校—企业—行业协会”三方协同机制。实践中,通过精创软件的场景化改造,嵌入黑龙江对俄贸易政策变量,构建跨境电商风险管控和供应链金融模拟环境,实现虚拟实训与实体转化的有机衔接。研究构建了“技术工具—专业特色—区域产业”三位一体的成果转化理论模型,建立从项目孵化到产业落地的全链条管理体系,推动智能财税SaaS工具、电商流量转化模型等创新成果的产业化应用。实践结果表明,该模式有效提升了学生创新创业能力,促进了校企深度融合,为区域经济发展注入了创新动能,形成了可复制推广的民办院校产教融合新范式。
This study is based on the era background of digital technology reshaping the education ecology,and takes the e-commerce and financial management major of Harbin Institute of Information Engineering as the practical carrier to explore the innovative path of transforming the achievements of entrepreneurship and innovation education in private colleges.The study aims to establish a collaborative chain of"enterprise demand decomposition software scenario restoration student program output enterprise verification and transformation"by constructing a digital and intelligent industry education integration platform based on precision simulation software,forming a tripartite collaborative mechanism of"private colleges enterprise industry associations".In practice,through the scenario based transformation of Jingchuang software and the embedding of Heilongjiang's trade policy variables with Russia,a cross-border e-commerce risk control and supply chain finance simulation environment is constructed to achieve an organic connection between virtual training and physical transformation.We have developed a theoretical model for the transformation of technological tools,professional characteristics,and regional industries.We have established a full chain management system from project incubation to industry implementation,promoting the industrial application of innovative achievements such as intelligent financial and tax SaaS tools and e-commerce traffic transformation models.The practical results have shown that this model effectively enhances students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,promotes deep integration between schools and enterprises,injects innovative momentum into regional economic development,and forms a replicable and promotable new paradigm for the integration of industry and education in private colleges.
