渤海油田深层油气勘探录井技术进展 被引量:2

Progress of mud logging technology for deep oil and gas exploration in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 为了提升渤海油田深层-超深层复杂地质条件下的油气勘探精度与工程安全保障能力,应对储层埋深大、高温高压、硬岩地层钻速低、井下复杂情况多发等技术挑战,采用文献分析、工业案例验证、技术效能评估等方法,系统研究了地面监测的录井参数与井下地质-工程信息响应的关联机制,分析了录井数据采集-处理-解释技术链条的迭代路径,评估了储层评价、流体识别、地质导向、智能监测、远程决策五大应用维度的技术效能。研究结果表明:①综合录井系统的全面升级,最多可连接各类传感器228个,数据采集频率最高可达100 Hz,气体快速色谱检测分析周期压缩至30 s内,烃组分析灵敏度达1 mg/L;②持续深化录井数据在地质与钻井工程中的应用,储层评价和油气层解释效率大幅度提升,岩性识别准确率96.2%,油气层识别速度由传统的30 min缩短至5 min,实现早期井漏、井涌预警,异常预报提前3~5 min,减少20%非生产时间;③持续推动录井行业的数字化转型及跨专业数据融合,实现在勘探研究与钻探作业中的智能化服务升级,成为录井行业高质量发展的重要方向。结论认为,在渤海油田深层油气勘探中,录井技术发挥了关键作用;发展井下实时传感装备、地面近原位分析系统与智能化决策平台的协同创新体系,对推动该区域深层油气勘探的数据采集技术升级、录井装备研发及行业整体进步具有指导意义。 To improve the oil and gas exploration accuracy and engineering safety guarantee capability under deep and ultra-deep complex geological conditions in Bohai Oilfield,and to meet the technical challenges such as deep reservoir burial depth,high temperature and high pressure,low drilling rate in hard rock formation,and frequent downhole complex situations,the methods of literature analysis,industrial case verification and technical efficiency evaluation were used.This paper systematically studies the correlation mechanism between the logging parameters monitored on the ground and the response of downhole geology-engineering information,analyzes the iterative path of the technical chain of logging data acquisition-processing-interpretation,and evaluates the technical effectiveness of the five application dimensions of reservoir evaluation,fluid identification,geosteering,intelligent monitoring and remote decision-making.The research results show that:①The comprehensive mud logging system can be connected with up to 228 sensors of various types,the data acquisition frequency can reach up to 100 Hz,the gas fast chromatographic detection and analysis cycle can be compressed to within 30 s,and the sensitivity of hydrocarbon group analysis can reach 1 mg/L;②Continuously deepen the application of logging data in geological and drilling engineering,greatly improve the efficiency of reservoir evaluation and hydrocarbon reservoir interpretation,the accuracy of lithology identification is 96.2%,the speed of hydrocarbon reservoir identification is shortened from 30 min to 5 min,realize early warning of lost circulation and well kick,advance the abnormal prediction by 3-5 min,and reduce 20%of non-production time;③Continuously promote the digital transformation and cross-professional data fusion of the mud logging industry,and realize the intelligent service upgrade in exploration research and drilling operations,which has become an important direction for the high-quality development of the mud logging industry.Conclusions demonstrate that mud logging technology plays a critical role in deep-layer hydrocarbon exploration at Bohai Oilfield.Collaborative innovation involving downhole real-time sensors,near-wellhead analysis systems,and intelligent decision-making platforms provides theoretical and practical guidance for:technological breakthroughs in data acquisition for deeplayer exploration,development of next-generation mud logging equipment and advancement of the mud logging industry.
