摘要
以是否漏失为判别标准提出了潜山油气藏完井工艺优化思路,遵循漏失速度高,井控、储层污染风险高的情况优先封井再开展下部作业;漏失速度适中,井控风险可控情况下先洗井再临时封井然后开展下部作业;漏失速度小或无漏失,井控风险低,则取消临时封井。进一步提出了尾管挂+液压拱阀+打孔管、顶部封隔器+液压拱阀+打孔管、生产封隔器+取消拱阀和打孔管的三种完井管柱方案,以此为基础,建立了完井工艺高效决策树并进行了现场应用。
The optimization idea of well completion process of buried hill reservoir is put forward based on whether lost circulation is the criterion.The well is sealed first and then the next work is carried out in the case of high lost rate,well control and reservoir pollution risk.When the lost rate is moderate and the well control risk is controllable,the well is washed first,then temporarily sealed,and then the next work is carried out.If the lost rate is small or no lost and the well control risk is low,the temporary well seal is cancelled.Further,three completion string schemes of hanger+hydraulic arch valve+perforated pipe,top packer+hydraulic arch valve+perforated pipe,production packer+unarch valve and perforated pipe are proposed.Based on these schemes,the efficient decision tree of completion process is established and applied in the field.
