工作室项目驱动式机电专升本人才培养模式研究

Research on Studio Project-driven Talent Cultivation Mode of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Upgrading from Junior College to Undergraduate Institute

摘要 面向区域特色家电产业对机电人才的新需求,围绕生源多样化、专业定位与课程设置脱离实践等问题,提出基于工作室项目驱动的人才培养模式。通过制定“四链对接”与“四共协同”应用型人才培养目标和课程体系,建立产教深度融合的专业工作室人才培养模式和地方产业服务机制,探索“内外结合、多元协作”产教融合创新创业实践体系建设路径,形成“外引内培、合作共享”产教融合型师资队伍建设与考核机制,提升人才培养质量。 Facing with the region characterized home appliance industry,the new demand for the mechanical and electrical talents appears.The issues are focused on,such as the diverse student sources,ambiguous professional positioning,and curriculum design detached from practice.The studio project-driven talent cultivation mode is proposed.The cultivation objectives and curriculum system are formulated through the four-chain docking and four co-collaboration.The talent cultivation mode and local industrial service mechanism based on the studio with deep industry-education integration is established.The industry-education integration,innovation and entrepreneurship practice system is then explored by the internal cultivation,external talent introduction,and multiple collaboration.Lastly,the construction and assessment mechanism of the teaching team featured with industry-education integration is formed to improve the quality of the talent cultivation.
