热致荧光成像技术在易破损纸张上指印显现的运用

摘要 目的:探究热致荧光成像技术在易破损纸张上汗潜指印的显现效果。方法:选取三种常用面巾纸作为承痕客体,志愿者分别在每种纸张上捺印汗潜指印,分别使用热致荧光成像技术、茚三酮法、DFO法、以及热致荧光成像技术与另外两种方法的叠加使用对汗潜指印进行显现,对显现效果进行比较。结果:热致荧光成像技术能显现出不同品牌的面巾纸汗潜指印,且最佳温度为180℃。结论:热致荧光成像技术适用于背景复杂、易破损的纸张上的汗潜指印。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of thermal-induced fluorescence imaging technology in developing latent fingerprints on fragile paper surfaces.Methods:Three commonly facial tissues were selected.Volunteers deposited latent fingerprints on each type of facial tissues.The latent fingerprints were displayed by thermal-induced fluorescence,ninhydrin,DFO and the combination of thermal-induced fluorescence and two other methods respectively.The results were compared.Results:The latent fingerprints on different brands of facial tissues were revealed by thermal-induced fluorescence.The optimal temperature for displaying paper by using thermal-induced fluorescence was around 180℃.Conclusion:Thermal-induced fluorescence imaging is applicable for developing latent fingerprints on fragile and complex-patterned paper surfaces.
