摘要
为解决汽车产品可靠性开发验证中试验样本量无估算依据、试验方案不明确以及试验结果难以评估的难题,提出了基于Weibayes模型的可靠性评估方法。首先依据工程经验选取产品形状参数β,基于Weibayes模型计算出为达到可靠性目标所需的总试验时间。然后应用载荷特征与损伤分析方法,将试验工况与用户工况相互关联,结合产品开发流程,解决了试验样本量和试验方案相关问题。试验开展后,应用Weibayes模型量化可靠性指标,便于受试产品的可靠性实时评估和试验方案的及时调整,确保达成可靠性设计最终目标。实践证明,该方法使可靠性评估过程更加简明且切实可行,可为汽车及相关产品的可靠性试验方案制定提供一定的借鉴。
To solve the problems of no estimation basis for test sample size,unclear test plan,and difficult evaluation of test results in the development and verification of reliability of automotive product,a reliability evaluation method based on Weibayes model is proposed.Firstly,the product shape parametersβis selected based on the engineering experience,and the total test time required to achieve the reliability target can be calculated by the Weibayes algorithm.Then,the test conditions and the user conditions are correlated by applying the method of load characteristics and damage analysis,combining with the product development process,the problems related to the required test sample size and test scheme are solved.After the tests are going on,the Weibayes method is used to quantify the reliability index,which is convenient for real-time reliability assessment and timely adjustment of the test plan to ensure that the designed reliability target is achieved finally.It proves in practice that this method makes the reliability assessment process more concise and feasible and provides a certain reference for the formulation of reliability test plans for automobiles and related products.
