铁路车辆黏滑控制半实物仿真系统设计开发与验证

Design and verification of a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for railway vehicle anti-skid control

摘要 铁路车辆轮轨黏滑控制技术的研发需要基于大量的线路试验,不仅要花费巨大的成本,且实际工况很难在线路中完整复现,导致控制算法开发周期长、验证不充分。基于此,搭建了完整的列车及轮轨动力学Simulink数学模型,并将其下载至实时仿真机运行,形成一套黏滑控制半实物仿真测试系统,通过测试表明该系统能够为铁路车辆黏滑控制技术的开发验证提供高效、完整的测试环境。 The research and development of wheel-rail anti-skid control for railway vehicles rely on extensive line tests,which not only incur significant costs but also make it difficult to fully replicate actual working conditions on the track.This leads to prolonged development cycles and inadequate validation of control algorithms.To address this issue,a comprehensive Simulink mathematical model of train and wheel-rail dynamics was established and downloaded to a real-time simulator,forming a hardware-in-the-loop simulation test system for anti-skid control.The test has demonstrated that this system can provide an efficient and comprehensive testing environment for the development and verification of railway vehicle anti-skid control technology.
