摘要
目的探讨高频超声测量双侧桡骨及尺骨骨化率(OR)与X线GP图谱法评估骨龄的相关性。方法回顾性收集2021年11月~2023年9月期间277例患儿(男72例、女205例)资料,于1周内行左手腕部X线检查和双侧腕部高频超声检查。应用高频超声测量双侧桡骨及尺骨远端骨骺的骨化中心及骨骺最大高度径线,计算骨化率(OR),并与X线GP图谱法评估的骨龄进行对比分析。结果各目标骨OR与骨龄呈高度相关(男性患儿r为0.830~0.936,女性患儿r为0.781~0.906,P均<0.01),双侧桡骨及尺骨OR总和与骨龄的相关性更高(男性患儿r=0.941,女性患儿r=0.933,P均<0.01)。双侧桡骨及尺骨OR比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论高频超声测量双侧桡骨及尺骨OR与X线GP图谱法评估骨龄具有高度相关性,且具有无辐射、操作简便等优势,具有潜在的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the ossification rate(OR)of bilateral radial and ulnar measured by high-frequency ultrasound and bone age assessed using the X-ray Greulich-Pyle(GP)atlas method.Methods Data of 277 pediatric patients(72 males and 205 females)from Nov 2021 to Sep 2023 were collected retrospectively.All patients underwent left wrist X-ray examination and bilateral wrist high-frequency ultrasound examination within one week.High-frequency ultrasound was used to measure the ossification centers and the maximum epiphyseal height diameters of the bilateral distal radial and ulnar epiphyses,and the OR was calculated.The results were compared and analyzed with the bone age evaluated by the X-ray Greulich-Pyle(GP)atlas method.Results The OR of each target bone was highly correlated with bone age(male children:r value ranging from 0.830 to 0.936;female children:r value ranging from 0.781 to 0.906;all P<0.01).The correlation between the total OR of bilateral radii and ulnae and bone age was even higher(male children:r=0.941;female children:r=0.933;all P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the OR of bilateral radii and ulnae(all P>0.05).Conclusion The measurement of bilateral radial and ulnar OR using high-frequency ultrasound shows a high correlation with bone age assessment via the X-ray GP atlas method.Moreover,it has advantages such as being radiation-free and easy to operate,thus holding potential clinical application value.
