摘要
工业机器人系统集成能力是高职本科和高职专科机器人技术专业的核心能力。数字化背景下,工业机器人系统集成技术由传统的“串行”方法转化为数字化技术下的“并行”方法,对工业机器人技术专业建设提出了新的要求。文章聚焦工业机器人系统数字化集成能力培养,构建“课课衔接”的课程体系,以数字孪生与虚拟调试技术为重点,改革工业机器人系统集成技术课程内容;围绕工业机器人产业典型应用,选择课程项目载体;以“虚实结合”为主线,构建实践教学体系;对接企业生产线真实集成过程,实现“虚控虚、实控虚、实控实”教学模式改革。
The ability to integrate industrial robot systems is a core competency for both higher vocational undergraduates and higher vocational colleges in robot technology.Against the backdrop of digitalization,the integration technology of industrial robot systems has evolved from the traditional“serial”approach to a“parallel”approach under digital technology,which poses new requirements for the construction of robot technology programs.Focusing on the cultivation of digital integration capabilities for industrial robot systems,a curriculum system of“course-to-course articulation”has been established,with digital twin and virtual commissioning technologies as the focus,to reform the content of industrial robot system integration courses.Course project carriers are selected centered around typical applications of the industrial robot industry.A practice teaching system is built with the main line of“virtual-real integration,”and the teaching model reform of“virtual control of virtual,real control of virtual,and real control of real”is achieveded by aligning with the real integration process of enterprise production lines.
