形成性评价的实施框架与校本推进

摘要 形成性评价旨在通过持续性的评价促进学生学习,它是推动教学改进和学生全面发展的重要途径。本研究梳理了形成性评价的内涵与相关研究,揭示了其在实施过程中所面临的多重挑战。基于实践探索,研究构建了以学习目标、学习证据、教师反馈、同伴反馈和自我反馈五要素为核心的形成性评价实施框架,开发了模块化操作指南与教学工具箱,并建立研发系统、知识系统和专业学习共同体,提出了外部专家团队在形成性评价校本实施中的推进路径和工作重点。实践表明,形成性评价的真正落实在于融入日常教学实践,需要加强研究者与一线教师的协作,激发教师的改革效能,构建实践改进导向的专业共同体。 Formative assessment aims to enhance student learning through ongoing evaluation and serves as an important approach for improving teaching and fostering students'holistic development.This study reviews the conceptual underpinnings and relevant research on formative assessment,revealing multiple challenges encountered in its school-based implementation.Grounded in practical exploration,the study proposes an implementation framework for formative assessment centered on five key elements—learning objectives,learning evidence,teacher feedback,peer feedback,and self-feedback.It further develops modular operational guidelines and a teaching toolkit to enhance practical applicability.In addition,it establishes a research and development system,a knowledge system,and a professional learning community to provide sustained support for school-based implementation.The study also outlines the pathways and key roles of external expert teams in facilitating the school-based implementation of formative assessment.The findings indicate that the effective realization of formative assessment depends on its integration into daily teaching practices,which requires strengthened collaboration between researchers and frontline teachers,the activation of teachers'reform efficacy,and the cultivation of research communities focused on practical improvement.
