基于大数据预报算法及联合调度的水库下泄流量控制方法

摘要 由于未考虑到初期蓄水时下游河段生态流量用水与出力的需求,因而下泄流量控制分辨率较低,控制效果不好。对此,提出基于大数据预报算法及联合调度的水库下泄流量控制方法。依据水库的工作原理,采用河流径流随机模型描述水库年内各时段的水量平衡方程。结合初期蓄水时下游河段生态流量用水与出力的需求,求取水量保证率,从而确定水库临界水位。引入大数据预报算法构建水库下泄流量的预报方程,结合水库短期径流预测来计算水库的最小下泄流量,采用联合调度模型分析年度灌溉用水总量控制指标与降水量之间的关系,进而求取水库下泄流量控制指标,实现对下泄流量的控制。以修文水库为研究案例,应用所提方法后,水库下泄流量控制分辨率较高,控制效果较好。 Due to the lack of consideration for the demand for ecological flow water and output in the downstream section during initial water storage,the resolution of discharge flow control is low and the control effect is not good.To this end,a reservoir discharge flow control method based on big data forecasting algorithms and joint scheduling is proposed.According to the working principle of the reservoir,a stochastic model of river runoff is used to describe the water balance equation of the reservoir at various time periods within the year.Combined with the demand for ecological flow water and output in the downstream river section during initial storage,the water guarantee rate is calculated to determine the critical water level of the reservoir.The big data forecasting algorithm is introduced to construct a forecasting equation for the reservoir discharge flow,and the minimum discharge flow of the reservoir is calculated by combining short-term runoff forecasting of reservoir.A joint scheduling model to analyze the relationship between the annual total irrigation water consumption control index and precipitation is used to obtain the reservoir discharge flow control index to control of its discharge flow.Taking Xiuwen reservoir as a research case,the proposed method has a higher resolution and better effect in controlling the discharge flow of the reservoir.
