摘要
以桃林口水库为研究对象,研究旨在突破传统静态汛限水位约束,基于防洪减灾与资源利用多目标协同优化理念,探讨实现保安全、多蓄水、多发电即综合效益最大化的新路径。研究依托现代先进技术手段,通过初期蓄水、预泄调度、控泄调度、应急调度和闭闸蓄水5个阶段递进式调度,实现了防洪、蓄水、发电多重效益,有效提升了水利工程综合效益。结果表明,多目标协同决策的精细化调度模式可平衡防洪减灾与资源利用,为相近水利工程调度提供借鉴。
This study takes the Taolin Kou Reservoir as object,aiming to break through the constraints of traditional static flood control water levels.Based on the concept of multi-objective optimization for flood control,disaster reduction,and resource benefits,it explores new pathways to achieve safety,increased water storage,and increased power generation-that is,the maximization of comprehensive benefit The study leverages modern advanced technological methods,employing a five-stage progressive scheduling approach involving scientific assessment,precise regulation,and dynamic implementation to achieve multiple objectives of flood control,water storage,and power generation,thereby effectively enhancing the comprehensive benefits of the water conservancy project.The results indicate that the precise scheduling model of multi-objective collaborative decision-making can balance flood control safety and resource utilization,providing replicable methodologies and practical paradigms for similar projects.
