摘要
高层建筑数量的增加,必然需要有电梯实现人员的运转,因此电梯平稳正常的运行非常重要。电梯正常运行中,电梯导轨是其核心运行部件,其精度直接影响到整个电梯能否安全平稳的运行。但是关系到电梯运行的电梯导轨校直机却存在校直精度低、操作效率差、结构刚度不足等多个问题。围绕电梯导轨校直机的机械结构与优化两个方面进行了分析,在分析其机械结构组成的基础上提出了相应的优化策略,希望能够为电梯导轨教直设备的结构设计与性能改进,提供理论参考与依据。
With the increase in the number of high-rise buildings,it is necessary to have elevators to operate personnel,so the smooth and normal operation of elevators is very important.During normal operation of an elevator,the elevator guide rail is its core operating component,and its accuracy directly affects whether the entire elevator can operate safely and smoothly.However,the elevator guide rail straightening machine,which is related to elevator operation,has multiple problems such as low straightening accuracy,poor operational efficiency,and insufficient structural stiffness.This research analyzes the mechanical structure and optimization of elevator guide rail straightening machine from two aspects.Based on the analysis of its mechanical structure composition,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed,hoping to provide theoretical reference and basis for the structural design and performance improvement of elevator guide rail straightening equipment.
