摘要
钢丝(钢筋)在生产过程中由于拉拔会产生残余应力、纵向弯曲和横断面椭圆度等缺陷,因而需要设计一种变定长自动化钢丝校直机,对直径3.5 mm以下的钢丝、铜丝进行校直。所设计的变定长自动化钢丝校直机主要由第一导向装置、校直旋转滚筒、机架、第二导向装置和变定长剪断装置等构成,钢丝通过该装置后可消除残余应力、纵向弯曲和横断面椭圆度等缺陷,满足使用要求。
In practical use,we need to eliminate the steel wire drawing residual stress,longitudinal bending and cross-sectional ellipticity defects caused in the production process,through the design of a variable length automatic steel wire straightening machine for∅3.5 mm diameter steel wire,copper wire.The variable length automatic steel wire straightening machine is mainly composed of the first guide device,the straightening rotating drum,the frame,the second guide device and the shear device of variable length,etc.The steel wire through the device can eliminate residual stress,longitudinal bending and the ellipticity of the cross section and other defects,to meet the functional requirements.
